ApeSwap Website Gets New Look
The ApeSwap website is undergoing several user interface updates, dubbed the UI-MetaMorphosis. The updates are part of a broader Quarter 1 pipeline of developments that include CEX listings, initial ape offerings, and more.
The team is nearly two-thirds of the way through the first set of UI updates, as per a Twitter post on January 23. They have already successfully updated the IAO and DEX pages, converting the swap and LP experience into a cleaner setup. The new DEX page incorporates sleek token icon images while the IAO page has easy-to-find details about all the IAOs from ApeSwap.
“We are extremely excited to be bringing these long awaited updates to our community,” Rafiki, Chief Marketing Officer at ApeSwap, told BSC News. “The redesigned pages are an opportunity for us to apply uniformity, clarity, and a distinct look & feel across the entire site. Every vertical in our organization has been involved in the revamp and optimizations, so we’re excited to push our frontend to the level ApeSwap truly operates at.”
It’s easy to see that the ApeSwap team aims for quality UI that will please users with the updates. Rafiki confirmed that development was in place for months as well. Overall, the site looks pristine, showing that even Apes can organize the chaos of the jungle. The final UI updates should be coming around the corner amidst the other slew of updates incoming to the platform this quarter.
ApeSwap Decentralizes
The project held its first public core meeting on Twitter Spaces on January 24th where the whole core team joined to bring several updates regarding the UI, governance, rewards, and more.
DK, Co-founder, and Head of Business Development detailed the vision of ApeSwap towards becoming a more decentralized platform.
Even in this market downturn, ApeSwap is finding ways to be positive and keep the community focused on the bigger picture. ApeSwap team also leaked some new information during the meeting that seeks to increase the growth of the platform.
“I’ve personally been working on is what I’ve dubbed in ApeSwap, DAO Growth and Grant program, which is essentially designed to increase the scalability of contributions to ApeSwap,” ApeSwap founder and zookeeper ObieDobo on January 24. “This will better align incentives in our ecosystem and help us innovate at a faster clip.”
The ApeSwap team is working on a whole range of updates and the first public meeting showed a confident team with a focus. With goals in 2022 for more decentralization and partnerships, the project is laying the seeds to a considerable evolution in 2022.
At this point, I’m just going to completely ignore the markets,” ObieDobo also tweeted on January 24. “ApeSwap isn’t going anywhere. No matter what happens, we’ll keep BUIDLing. I hope you’ll stay with us.”
