DeRace Completes Horse Breeding Feature
The DeRace team has moved a step further in developing its Non-fungible Token (NFT) ecosystem. The PlayToEarn NFT horse racing metaverse has completed its horse breeding feature and is preparing for a successful launch.
On Friday, January 28, the protocol published a development update featuring the highly anticipated horse breeding feature, and User Interface (UI) upgrades for upcoming in-game NFTs. However, DeRace is yet to announce when it would integrate the new feature into its P2E ecosystem, but the publication suggests it is around the corner.
“Whether you own a full stable or just one DeRace NFT horse, get your champions ready for some love this month. Stallions, prepare a sweet treat for the mare of your dreams to win her heart,” DeRace’s blog reads.
The blog also disclosed that the horse breeding feature is in perfection, ahead of a smooth and successful launch. In essence, the NFT project wants to ensure that the feature is flawless before its integration.
“The launch day of the much-anticipated horse breeding feature is getting closer and closer! Currently, we are ironing the very last details of the horse breeding function by adding a sprinkle of UI touch-ups here and there, perfecting the breeding flow and view,” DeRace wrote.
When integrated, the new horse breeding feature would benefit users. Users will breed their NFT horses, rent them for breeding, collect fees, and use selective breeding to create ultimate champion horses.
More Than Horse Breeding
DeRace announced some other updates on its NFT ecosystem. The active GameFi platform informed its community about the different developments in the just concluded week.
“Completed #NFT horse breeding feature. Finalized rent-for-breeding mechanism. Finished the 2nd hippodrome with synthetic surface. UI upgrades for upcoming in-game #NFTs. Started to work on 3rd hippodrome with grass surface,” the protocol tweeted on January 28.
