Willy Now: WalletNow is about easily monitoring your crypto portfolio and yields. Our mission is to be a one-stop shop to track all your crypto. For that, we offer a vast list of advanced features!

Q2: Could you tell us a little bit about yourself and your team? What are your past experiences?
Willy Now: Sure!
I have been working in the IT and software development industry since 2001. My partner, Samir, for even longer than that, since 1999.
We are still a very small team, with only two dedicated engineers at this moment. The team wishes to remain anonymous, but they have a background of working for large “Big Tech” companies and both have more than 10 years of experience in IT.
Samir and I take care of the administrative stuff, but we also contribute a lot to the product evolution, given our tech background

Q3: What makes you and your team decided to build WalletNow?
Willy Now: Great question! We are investors ourselves, and we were always fascinated by the endless possibilities of DeFi. When Binance Smart Chain started to gain more traction and volume, we moved most of our investments to Binance (the exchange) and BSC.
But we always felt we needed better tools to track our own investments. We wanted something that was easy to use, integrated with Telegram for convenience, and that could track both our DeFi and CeFi investments in one place.
After testing several alternatives, we couldn’t find a single tool which satisfied our needs. Given the technical expertise of the team, we decided to build a solution ourselves and make it available as a product to help other investors.
Also, when we launched WalletNow Beta, we were absolutely astonished by the feedback and active participation of the community!!!
We got so many great suggestions to improve the product and so much positive feedback that we were now certain that we were doing something good and really useful for the overall BSC community
Q4: Some of your features sound really interesting, especially the ‘Active Monitoring’. Can you summarize how this works?
Willy Now: Of course I can! When you link your telegram account on WalletNow, our bot’s “Active Monitoring” will constantly monitor all your crypto portfolio and notify you on Telegram if it detects any abnormal volatility.
All your portfolio is automatically monitored out of the box. When you buy any new token, or invest on any new farm, pool, vault, etc, WalletNow will automatically detect and start monitoring it — you don’t need to move a finger for that.
You can even customize the types of notifications you want to receive and the thresholds to fit your needs. All settings can be adjusted on the bot itself or on our website
Q5: What about this Time Machine thing? This is the first time I see something like this! Can you tell us more about it?
Willy Now: Well… Have you ever checked your yields and had the impression that, even though there is a high yield, you were losing money on that farm, but had no idea about exactly how much, because you don’t remember how much you originally invested in your local currency?

Willy Now: Haha, that makes two of us! Before we built WalletNow, we used spreadsheets to keep track of that manually. And we always wished we had a time machine to go back in time and check the exact position and all the details of a particular investment a few days or weeks ago.
And this is exactly what our “Time Machine” allows you to do: It allows you to select a point in time and view your portfolio as if you were looking at it in the past. You can even see all the internal token details, and all fiat exchange rates from that time!
Q6: Cool! And I see that you not only have a vast list of supported protocols, but also have something you call Custom Vaults, right? How do they work?
Willy Now: Yes, that is correct! It is sooo frustrating when you want to make an investment in that brand new farm but your favorite portfolio monitoring solution does not support that protocol yet…
With our custom vaults, you don’t have that problem anymore. You can invest on the unsupported farm and follow our step-by-step to register a custom vault. WalletNow will automatically attempt to extract most data possible from that vault for you, even if the protocol is not natively supported.
We use advanced heuristics to try to extract as much information as we can from the vault. For the most common ones we are able to extract the same level of details that you would get from a fully supported protocol!!!
Q7: Let’s dive into your token $WNOW. Can you share with us your tokenomics?
Willy Now: Absolutely! $WNOW is our utility token, which will be used in the near future to grant access to the most advanced features of WalletNow.
As all utility tokens, it should not be considered an investment nor a reserve of value, so it has a very simple tokenomics, which you can see here: docs.walletnow.net/wnow-tokenomics
Q8: Can you share some $WNOW use-cases? Why should we buy it?
Willy Now: Hodling $WNOW grants access to our membership plans, which will enable our most advanced features in the near future. At this moment, all features are 100% free to use, while to collect additional feedback from the community.
The basic features will always be free, but, once we launch our membership plans, advanced features will require hodling $WNOW equivalent to a tiny fraction of your total portfolio (0.033% for the Silver tier and 0.05% for the Gold tier).

In the future we also want to explore options to make $WNOW a governance token as well, giving $WNOW holders voting power on our roadmap and long-term strategy

Q10: What can we expect in the next 3 months and in 2021 as a whole?
Given that speed, it is hard tell exactly, but our next priorities are:
– Some UX/UI and design improvements. We moved very fast, and we had to focus on functionalities that really aggregate value to our users. But we also want to create a great user experience.
– Launch our membership program for $WNOW holders. But only after we have collected enough feedback and are confident about the quality of the tool.
We also keep a transparent list of planned features (and feature requests from the community) on GitHub, so you can always stay tuned on what is coming next.
Regarding more long-term plans, we want to go cross-chain in the future, aggregating your whole crypto portfolio across all main chains in just one place
