PikaLong the Vietnamese dragon is coming to Binance Smart Chain via DragonKart, the 3D GameFi racing game. The title just completed its $1.1 million private funding round.

A viral Vietnamese cartoon character is coming to Binance Smart Chain thanks to DragonKart, a 3D skill-based racing game. PikaLong the dragon is a mainstay of Vietnamese culture, a product of the artist Thang Fly. PikaLong has also been one of the most popular sticker packs on the Zalo messaging platform (similar to WeChat) with 64 million users.
With a recognizable brand and a 3D-racing concept combining NFTs, DeFi, and GameFi the team at DragonKart has managed to secure significant private funding.
“We are thrilled to announce that we have closed our $1,1 million USD private funding round,” announced DragonKart in a tweet on October 22nd.
Investors in the project include AU21 Capital, NGC Ventures, Signum Capital, LaunchZone, and Bigcoin Capital. The project also managed to raise additional funds from community partners.
