VeVe Seals Massive NFT Deal for Disney and Disney+ Collectibles

VeVe has inked a deal with Disney granting it the rights to create “golden moments” NFTs as the house of mouse gears up towards its Disney+ Day celebrations on November 12th.

The VeVe digital collectibles platform has clinched a major new deal with Disney. The agreement will license VeVe to create Disney NFTs that celebrate “golden moments,” opening the door to a world of many beloved and instantly recognizable characters.

VeVe has previously secured the rights to other high-profile media properties, including Marvel, DC, and 007. While the brand recognition of these combined intellectual properties is massive, the scale and depth of Disney’s back catalog eclipse them all.

“Collectors can expect the “Golden Moments” NFT Collection to hit the platform in the lead up to Disney+ Day, culminating on November 12, with a special Ultra Rare digital collectible,” revealed VeVe in a blog on October 17th. “This will give fans and Collectors the opportunity to purchase and interact with digital golden statues inspired by beloved stories and moments from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and more.”

As an additional bonus, participants who purchase one of the golden moments NFTs will also receive a free three-month Disney+ subscription courtesy of VeVe. Those who purchase an ultra rare NFT will receive a 12-month subscription.

This deal is only applicable to new Disney+ subscribers living in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Netherlands, Spain, Mexico, or Singapore.
