The limited-time feature allows Thetanians the chance to get Legendary or Mythical heroes from fusing.
Thetan Hero Fusion
BNB Chain PlayAndEarn MOBA blockchain game, Thetan Arena, released an update that allows its community to fuse their Hero NFTs.
The Thetan Arena team announced the feature as part of their Summer Vibes event through a Tweet on May 21. One of the highly anticipated features of Summer Vibes, the fusion feature, allows Thetanians the chance to acquire a high-tier Hero NFT by combining three hero NFT together. In addition, those who get a legendary hero from fusion will also get a ticket to participate in a lucky draw for a chance to win a new hero.
“The feature allows players to fuse three heroes to create a brand new one,” said Thetan Arena CEO Khanh Nguyen Dinh in a Youtube Video. “One special thing about fusion is that you can receive a Legendary hero or a Mythical hero. Of course, our team has done many calculations to ensure the benefits for our players, as well as the balance of the system and avoid the inflation of both the $THC and $THG tokens.”
All three heroes should not be rented out or put on sale for the fusion to occur. Players can select any one hero they have, but the other two to complete the fusion will be based on a requirement pool set by the team. The heroes’ rarity, gTHC Battles, and level will determine the value inputs for the fusions. The team states that the output pool is “some of the most desired heroes in the game,” and their value will be greater than the combined three inputs.
“Besides, players can receive surprising rewards when using Fusion,” Khanh Nguyen Dinh added in his native tongue. “There is going to be a leaderboard. If the players make it to the top of the leaderboard by using Fusion, they will receive extra rewards. Fusion also represents our commitment to keeping putting our best into the project so as not to disappoint our supportive community. Fusion is not an always-on feature, however, there is going to be a time limit. I strongly encourage you not to [let it pass by].”
The Fusion feature will be available from May 23 to May 30. Players can fuse as many times as they wish during this window as long as they have the needed heroes to complete the fusion requirements. gTHG is awarded to players once the total $THC payments hit certain milestone points. The top fifty players spending $THC on the leaderboards will get more gTHG rewards from this competition.

Summer Vibes
With summer approaching, Thetan Arena is preparing to release a new update, including daily quests, a new map, and new skins for hero characters, according to the CEO.
“Besides the in-game features, we have made some adjustments to the marketplace to maximize the on-chain data, enabling more accurate tracking to make information [about] Thetan Arena more accessible to new investors and enable better decision making,” Khanh Nguyen Dinh further added.
Daily quests give Thetanians additional rewards that can be used for hero upgrades or item purchases. In addition, Treasure Island, a new summer-themed map that comes with the update, gives players the creativity to form new winning strategies based on the obstacles placed throughout the map. Three new summer hero skins, Ghost Captain Meiko, Boombi Shark Culien, and Lifeguard El Dragon, will also be released with the update.
But apart from the Fusion feature, another anticipated content release that comes with the Summer Vibes update is the introduction of a new hero that will follow Cala’s debut in Spring.
