SAFERmoon has chosen Chainlink and its Verifiable Random Function (VRF) to guarantee user safety and randomization for their upcoming SAFERsummer event.

The platform is holding a 6-week getaway where the grand prize is a trip on a Virgin Galactic space flight. The protocol announced the integration in a Medium blog post on July 23.

The SAFERmoon team stated in the post, “Ultimately, this integration ensures that SAFERmoon investors can enjoy the festivities with the guarantee that the prize-selection process will be transparent and fraud-proof.”

The SAFERmoon team wants to make sure that the high-dollar prizes available are treated with the utmost security. When the value of prizes for giveaways is so high it is understandable that SAFERmoon would hail the security help of a group with a reputation like Chainlink.
