SafeMoon ReSubmits Updated SafeMoonWallet to iOS App Store

SafeMoonWallet has successfully launched for the android market, but the long-awaited release of its iOS version is still pending.

Preference for iOS

SafeMoonWallet’s IOs application is still in the pipeline after a disastrous release causing the team to resubmit an updated version to the iOS App Store for approval. The much-anticipated launch is live on Google Play for the Android version and has been downloaded more than 100k times.

The team recognizes that the first step to the platform is accessibility, and the glitch must be resolved the soonest as possible. CEO of SafeMoon, John Karony, conducted a poll on his Twitter account, and a large number of poll participants showed preference the iOS, with over two-thirds supporting iOS.

“Looking forward to iOS #SAFEMOONWALLET launch! What device do you use #SAFEMOONARMY?” tweeted Karony in a Twitter poll gauging his community on September 20th.

The platform has been successful in building its community in a short period. With 35,000 votes, the choice for iOS was simple. Safemoon has a strong following of more than 1 million followers on Twitter, and Karony would be wise to listen to his horde of fans. The team will address its community on the progress of its SafeMoonWallet on October 3rd at 7 p.m. UTC with other updates.

Beta Version on iOS

The ‘beta’ version was released and announced by the team on its official Twitter account on September 30th. The launch was a test flight that needed 10k beta testers were needed. In typical Safemoon fashion, the number of testers filled within hours, and the ‘build’ label was removed.

The team realizes the importance of ensuring the timely release of its product so as not to disappoint its users. The relevant timeline compiled is as follows :

What is SafeMoon?

SafeMoon is a new altcoin launched in March 2021. It runs on the Binance Smart Chain and is a Decentralized Finance (DeFi) community-driven protocol. This protocol slightly differs from other protocols when a transaction takes place. Three functions will occur, reflection, liquidity pool (LP) acquisition, and burn. It also charges 10% fees to anyone that sells their tokens, and other owners get 5% of the fees. This is SafeMoon’s method of encouraging holders to hodl and disincentivizing sellers from selling.
