SafeMoon has gotten its community in exciting suspense. The meme protocol’s 1-year anniversary is on March 8, but rather than celebrating its birthday alone, SafeMoon has indicated that it would have one whole month of celebrations.
Within its first year, SafeMoon’s holders grew in numbers to more than 2.9 million token holders. Much credit for SafeMoon’s success goes to its massive community. The protocol notified its community of the birth-month celebrations on February 27:
“Why have a #SAFEMOON birthday day… when you can have a birthday MONTH! We can’t wait to be sharing this exciting and jam-packed celebration with you, the #SAFEMOONARMY. The party starts on the 2nd of March!” SafeMoon tweeted.
The Celebration Is Live!
The SafeMoon Army got the party started early by getting #SafeMoon32 trending three days ahead of schedule. By March 1 the Army was hyped and SafeMoon prepared the grounds for the party by announcing a change of the protocol’s web domain from Safemoon.net to Safemoon.com.
Then on March 2, the protocol formally began the celebration with a video praising the SafeMoonArmy – as its community is fondly known, for adopting SafeMoon themes in their daily activities. In the video, the protocol also gave a glimpse into the new logo for SafeMoon, the prototype looks of the future SafeMoon debit card, among other previews.
The month of March is fully primed to be an exciting one for the SafeMoonArmy. The protocol has plans:
“for product drops and releases, competitions, sneak peeks. So you will see a lot, and you will get a lot,” SafeMoon promised in the video.
