After much anticipation, PancakeSquad NFTs is set to hit the market this October.
PancakeSquad NFT is Finally Here!
PancakeSwap will hold its highly anticipated Non-fungible Token (NFT) presale exclusive to Gen 0 Pancake Bunny holders. This means that only holders of the Pancake Bunny NFT will be able to participate in the presale.
The NFT presale is for the protocol’s new digital collectibles, known as PancakeSquad. After much speculation, PancakeSquad NFTs will be available on 7th October via a presale and public sale. However, PancakeSwap has not disclosed the exact time for the event.
“#PancakeSquad Presale for Gen 0 Pancake Bunny #NFT holders only. Date: Oct. 7,” PancakeSwap announced on 1st October via Twitter.
As BSC News reported earlier, a total of 10,000 PancakeSquad NFTs will be available. PancakeSwap disclosed that the minting price would be $300 in $CAKE, and Pancake Bunny holders can not have more than 20 Gen 0 NFTs in their wallets during the public sale. In addition, Pancake Bunny holders will also need a profile to participate in the presale.
How to Participate?
We already stated that only Gen 0 Pancake Bunny holders could participate in the PancakeSquad presale and public sale. On top of this, users will need $CAKE tokens and a profile.
The number of Gen 0 NFT a user owns is equivalent to the Pancake Squad NFT available for purchase during the presale.
“To clarify: One Gen 0 NFT owned = One Pancake Squad NFT that can be bought in the presale. If you have 2 Gen 0s, you may only buy 2 Squad NFTs in the presale,” PancakeSwap explained on Twitter.
Owners of Gen 0 Pancake Bunny NFTs as of 7th October will be able to purchase one of 490 presale squad tickets. These tickets will be used to claim a Pancake Squad NFT after the public sale is over.
Only Gen 0 NFTs in users wallets/profile pic and the ones available for sale on the PancakeSwap NFT market are eligible for both events. Therefore, Gen 0 NFTs on other marketplaces will not buy a squad pass/ticket during the presale.
