Q1. Can you give us a general introduction of you and Newv Finance? Could you tell us your role in the project and briefly introduce Newv Finance?
Eric: Sure, so I’m Eric the CEO of Newv Finance and we have Siren, the CMO of Newv Finance here today. We have worked together for years. So Newv Finance is the launchpad on BSC that aims to smoothen the launch process of projects.
Siren: Yes, a full BSC launchpad! Using end to end smart contracts
Eric: We have created an unique deflationary system that’s good for project in the early stage
We have completed our IDO in March and We will have a legit project Decus.io to conduct IDO on our platform by April.

Q2. How many team members do you have working with you? And can you also tell us their roles?
Siren: There are 7 team members in our team including me and Siren. Ozihel is the head of the development team. Our whole team loves blockchain and cyberpunk culture.
We believe that everything in the world is both real and virtual (such as value), private and open (publicly visible but anonymous). We are pumped about the new reality that is developing and are excited to be part of it.

Q3. Can you share with us the Vision and Goals of Newv Finance.
Eric: Sure, the reason for us to start this project was that we had enough with rug pulls.
And Newv Finance aims to make the blockchain ecology more complete.
We intend to eliminate the rugpull on BSC by providing standardised smart contracts and help projects with launching by adopting our deflationary mechanism.
We intend to help more than 15-20 innovative projects with IDO by 2021 and provide them with a platform to cooperate with each other.
Siren: It’s an ambitious goal….but we have the legs for it
Yes, we already have chosen our first two projects to launch on our platform….we have many more that have applied….but we need to choose them carefully….only the best

Siren: Audit is surely important

Eric: We can also provide the audited and verified smart contract to IDO project that can control the IDO process and LP staking process, dividends distribution process

Q5. Can you talk about the IDO process that rewards all parties? How’s it going to be?
Eric: Sure, as introduced on our website, it can be introduced in three perspections
Siren: But, ya, we just named-dropped…..that’s how we roll
Eric: For IDO projects, they will get a whole set of audited smart contracts, so that projects can focus on the project development itself. They can choose whether to use our deflationary model, which is beneficial for the project in the early stage. They don’t need to worry about the price of the token too much.
For IDO participants, if funding targets are not met, all funds are returned safely. Besides,Newv Finance’s standardized smart contracts prevent rug pulls and all projects chosen by Newv Finance for IDOs are high quality projects that are able to generate long-term profits and growth. The project with a solid team and backed by strong institutions

Eric: Also, for Newv Finance community members, each project that has been seletected to conduct an IDO with NewV must agree to purchase NEWW, which is then destroyed. For projects that use Newv Finance’s economic model, a portion of their transfer tax is shared among the Newv community.

Q6. What’s the Difference between Newv Finance and other BSC Projects out there? What do you offer that is different from others?
Siren: For a launchpad, the quality of projects comes first. But we choose to work with projects that are not only top quality, but that all have some sort of synergistic quality so that all of the projects launching on NewV can complement each other
Eric: A better ecosystem can be created.
Siren: Just rattling off new projects is 1 thing….but if you have projects that compliment each other and created added synergies, then it’s 1+1=5, rather than just 1+1=2
Indeed. An interworking ecosystem. That’s where the real value comes in….thinking macro
Q7. In one of your articles, you said all funds will be returned when targets aren’t met. Do you plan something else for the Community?
Eric: We understand that for the Newv Finance community, the reward from the price increase of NEWW matters.
Since we have more IDO projects coming, the IDO rules we designed will be beneficial for the price of NEWW. That’s certain. Since Newv Finance is the launchpad, as long as we have more promising projects, Newv Finance community members will share more benefits from it.
Siren: Yes, so if there are teams out there with solid projects, solid concepts, and solid teams, perhaps consider submitting your project to us for consideration

Eric: Yup, so that’s our unique dividends distribution system. That will not lead to inflation

Q9. What stage are you in the Roadmap? And do you plan for Partnerships?
Siren: ah partnerships is very important…for sure
Eric: That’s right. I may introduce the roadmap for sure
Siren: We are currently in the process of updating our website before the start of the first IDO project (Decus.io). Another IDO project that has been selected just finished its beta test run and is now also undergoing an update before the IDO launches. So, we have two great IDO projects on the way in just the next few days.
As for other partnerships, NEWW is now in partnership with pigtoken.finance/. Users may stake NEWW token or LP tokens to mine NFT tokens on their NFT platform. As you can see, we are not resting on our laurels. We are building strong partnerships, not just with the IDO projects we choose, but with other industry players
