Leaked Images Surface
Early teases to the upcoming PancakeSwap Non-Fungible Token (NFT) collection, Pancake Squad, have surfaced onto Twitter threads over the weekend. The Pancake Kitchen is heating up. A few Chefs responded to hype on the official PancakeSwap Twitter account and released the images to thousands of likes.
It has already been confirmed that Chef Cecy (de Mexico) will be the main artist behind the works and the PancakeSwap Bunny is the central star. The NFTs will feature the Bunny transcend a myriad of variations to diversify the collection. There will be ten rare NFTs in the group, and one of them has been leaked.
“There will be 10,000 #PancakeSquad NFTs. 10 of them will be unique 1 of 1 versions. Here’s one [Cactus Emoji],” the popular decentralized exchange tweeted on September 3rd.
There will only be a total of 10,000 Pancake Squad NFTs, and it appears that just five have leaked so far. As one of the largest Decentralized Exchanges and Automated Market Makers in all of crypto and the largest on Binance Smart Chain, the demand for the PancakeSwap NFTs is apt to be very high.
NFTs of the rare and common variety also appeared in posts. Some of the characteristics include different color schemes like grey and white, plus costumes like ‘McDonald’s Worker,’ ‘Sailor,’ and ‘Zombie.’ Chef Cecy is doing well to fit the playful nature to PancakeSwap and cryptocurrency as a whole.
There’s no telling what could happen when these NFTs are released, and still no confirmed drop date. There are few good NFT markets on Binance Smart Chain (BSC), and much of the attention remains on Ethereum or has shifted to Solana.
