1. Please introduce yourself and the team behind GAMI World.

Hi everyone, this is Fatih and Iâm acting COO for the gaming launchpad and incubation center, named GAMI World.
Before getting started, I need to stress that GAMI World is not just an ordinary platform to launch projects. As we noticed the lack of know-how and experience about blockchain technology in the gaming industry, we have created GAMI as a launchpad and an incubation center. In order to fill those gaps, we take those little sparkling ideas and turn them into crypto gaming projects with our valuable IDO participants.
Letâs start with introducing our founders, Alper Afsin Ozdemir is the Founding President of the Turkish Esports Federation and a Board Member of the Esports Europe Federation. Bora Kocyigit is the former country manager for Riot Games Turkey and one of the most successful investors mainly focused on gaming. Our advisor Anurag is the former country manager for Riot Games India. In a nutshell, GAMI World team consists of fully dedicated and experienced professionals in gaming industry and blockchain.

2. What is GAMI?

GAMI is a launchpad and an incubator platform, that merges the gaming world with blockchain technology. Leading names of the gaming and blockchain industry involved in the platform as founders, advisors, and partners.
The primary purpose of the platform is to provide blockchain-related know-how and technology for gaming projects to help them reach larger audiences and raise funds in order to bring their projects into action. GAMI team and advisors will carefully choose promising projects to be launched by GAMI.
GAMI consists of two divisions.
Incubation: Project owners can take place in GAMI to develop their projects aligned with the blockchain technology, tokenization, and to communicate in line with the dynamics of the crypto world.
Launchpad: GAMI will support promising projects in order to raise funds on GAMI launchpad. Applicants to the GAMI platform can opt to join the incubation process or launch the IDO process right away through launchpad.

GAMI focuses solely on gaming projects which could be integrated with blockchain technology. Our goal is to duly research and bring the most sustainable projects to the gaming community with the experienced team in the blockchain environment and gaming world.
GAMI evaluates crypto gaming projects as fan tokens of esports teams, play to earn games and gaming platforms.
We invite project owners and developers to our incubation center, who desire to merge their project and the crypto. If a project earns our trust, GAMI team supports and assists the project until it achieves its goal.
Therefore we maintain our fair tier system as accessible as possible for the IDO participants and we ensure guaranteed allocation to every tier. Our goal is assure everyone can participate in GAMI Launchpad.

4. What is the GAMI token and how is it used on your platform?

GAMI is a utility token and IDO participants will use it as the entry ticket to the launchpad.
If an IDO participant holds GAMI token and fulfil the conditions for a tier, this makes them a part of that tier.
Once you are in the tier system, you have the privilege to join IDO processes in GAMI. In addition, if you stake GAMI token, youâll be awarded with even more GAMI token.

5. Can you tell us more about the ranking list and how it affects a userâs allocations?

This shows our tier system!
We maintain our fair tier system as accessible as possible for the IDO participants and we ensure guaranteed allocation to every tier. We make sure the pool weights are balanced. This means that, it does not matter if you are a participant of an IDO process from the lowest tier, youâll still be happy when you find out the amount of tokens you get.
Public sale process will be started with in a couple of days and IDO participants could reach the highest tier as it is still early.
Also I need to say that, even though public sale participants have their tokens locked, they will still belong to a tier according to the amount of token they have.

6. What makes your project unique compared to other launchpads specializing in gaming such as Gamestarter?

GAMI team is full of professionals with gaming and blockchain backgrounds. We are aware of pros and cons of the crypto ecosystem and we know how to fix those.
We can confidently say that, we cover a big part of the gaming ecosystem because we are not just focused on play to earn games but also esports teams, gaming platforms and influencers.
Thanks to our tier system, its accessibility, public sale prices and guaranteed allocations, we make sure that everyone can participate in our IDO processes.
Lastly, we DO NOT launch a project that we donât believe by heart!!
Our goal is to stay away from projects which only provide tradeable tokens but offer nothing else to the community and are not related with the gaming ecosystem. đđ€

7. Do you have a vetting process for the projects that you incubate?

Sure!
First step is to check if the project is gaming-based or not. If the answer is yes, then we analyze the feasibility, sustainability and community aspects.
âIs the game playable? Will the project actually mean something to the community when itâs realised? Will it add value to the crypto gaming ecosystem? Does it have fun and competition elements to encourage players? Does it have a sustainable tokenomics?â These are some of the questions we ask ourselves and the project owners when we analyze a project.

8. What steps do you take to ensure that the projects you incubate are successful?

Our incubation process consists of 8 stages.
Crypto Marketing: Accurately communicating projects to the cryptocurrency community and other marketing partners, establishing sustainable communication, developing and following communication strategies for pre-launchpad and launchpad.
NFT: Providing planning and software support to align projects with NFT technology.
Gaming: Offering feedback to help developers improve elements of their games, from visual scripting to core game mechanics, by carrying out SWOT analysis. Advising on the blockchain integration process for the existing worlds and evaluating projects from the perspective of cryptocurrency communities.
Blockchain Development: Tokenizing projects, deciding on which blockchain to choose, production, developing the white paper and tokenomics structure.
Finance: Analyzing the financial position of projects, optimizing tokenomics, and advising to encourage healthy development.
Private Sale: Carrying out the early-stage tasks based on the GAMI tier system to develop the economic potential of projects that allow them to be included in the incubation process.
Listing & DeFi: Following the Initial Dex Offering, laying the necessary groundwork for listing and exchange processes to ensure the reliability and maintenance of projects.
Bridge Partner: Ensuring the alignment of tokenized projects with the necessary token protocols.
