Featured by Binance’s latest NFT collection brings together a partnership with a fashion powerhouse.
Binance Fronts Balmain
Featured by Binance will officially partner with Balmain x Altava on their innovative attempt to bridge the gap between the fashion world and Non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
Ahead of the 10th anniversary of Olivier Rousteing’s role as Balmain’s Creative Director, Balmain has been working with gaming company Altava to create eight virtual looks from the ‘Above and Beyond’ Winter/Fall collection.
Balmain’s director spoke of the necessity to “always dream big, remain optimistic and consider all possibilities” in an exclusive statement revealed to BSC News through Featured by Binance.
Users are now able to bid on the eight pieces through Featured by Binance here. The auction will last one week and is likely to attract serious attention. The look with Balmain brings a touch of austere elegance few brands can replicate.

Only two pieces of each look will be available to purchase worldwide. Users are given the opportunity to own an official and exclusive piece from the runway at what is described by Featured by Binance as ‘a fraction of the cost’ of what they are truly worth.
Altava’s gaming endeavors ensure that the pieces themselves will then go on to be usable through the virtual world they have constructed.
Owners of the unique NFTs will be able to wear the pieces and design their characters with the exclusive look in the world that Altava is creating. The owners will also be able to unlock and sell the pieces on the ALTAVA market due to launch in October. The pieces will become interoperable across the metaverse.
