1. Please give us an introduction to yourself. What is your background while in/prior to crypto?

Good evening and thank you for having me here Andrew, we appreciate the opportunity to come here and talk to your users about Epic Hero.
For those that don’t know me my name is Mr.J and I am the Chief Partnership Manager for Thoreum Finance and have had the pleasure to be working with them and their Users full time since Thoreum’s inception
Personally, I have been working on and off and investing in crypto for around 7 years but only recently started working full time in the crypto space, my background is in Management, Advertising and Social Media my Bachelors Degree is in English Language from the UK and have further studies in marketing, social media and finance.
Before working with Thoreum I worked primarily in marketing, working for a large real estate developer, before taking over the sales, management, advertising and social media for that business.
Though I have enjoyed these roles, none of them compares to being on the forefront of forging a new path in the, as yet uncharted regions of DeFi, being one of the early pioneers and having the opportunity to guide and shape this interesting new space is so exciting and can’t wait to see the landscape of Crypto that we are all building together.

5. What utilities do your NFTs offer aside from ownership? Can you tell us more about the 3D NFTs and how they can be used in-game as well?

EpicHero battle card NFTs drive EpicHero’s collect, trade and game-focused ecosystem. EpicHero, requires each player to hold at least 1 NFT card to play.
Future games like 3 vs. 3, 5 vs. 5 and Thousands vs. Thousands will require players to have larger decks. Cards require $EPICHERO to be minted and the proceeds fund the game’s play to earn mechanics.
The EpicHero DApp allows users to connect their BSC wallets and purchase, view, trade and battle NFTs. EpicHero battle cards are assigned stats and features that affect ingame activities directly. The value of a EpicHero card is determined by the scarcity of attributes that it possesses.

6. What is $EPICHERO and $THOREUM? How is it used on your platform or in-game?
MrJ:
Thanks for asking, the two different tokens provide different in-game and out of game utilities. I will list some of them for you.
EpicHero ($EPICHERO) is the token that powers the EpicHero NFT game. You can use $EPICHERO in game or just hold it to earn BNB reflection rewards.
$EPICHERO is acquired by winning battles, completing quests, or simply participating in games. $EPICHERO is also required for expenses when challenging dungeons and upgrading your equipment. There are many other activities that require the EpicHero token, namely: summoning, merging, leveling, buying accessories & weapons, changing skins, buying & selling land, hiring other’s heroes, farming, etc.
$THOREUM is the platform token required to interact with Thoreum NFT Platform.
$THOREUM use cases for Epic Hero include interacting with the NFT Marketplace to buy & sell heroes, summon a new hero and level up an existing hero.

The heroes are all level 1 in the beginning and can be upgraded by consuming EPICHERO and THOREUM token. The higher the level, the more token are required. The higher the level, the more rewards can be obtained from in-game activities.

7. Would you consider expanding to other blockchains in the future such as ETH mainnet or Solana?
MrJ:
The short answer is yes, we have a plan to expand to Polygon and then Eth.
After this Solana
And Cardano too I believe.
All of the coding for these bridges is already hard wired into the project so its as simple as flicking a switch. But we think the BSC is the right place to start and build from here.

I see EpicHero plan to make PvP Arenas on 1 vs 1, 3 vs 3, 5 vs 5 and Infinity vs Infinity. I am familiar with 1 3 and 5 but can you please explain how infinity arena work? Will it be something like a guild war or last one standing? Are the rewards different for each of these arenas?
MrJ:
Yes we are proud to be the 1st one in the market that can bring thousands together at the same time, and each of those users can bring thousands of their NFTs together, in an epic scale battle every month, it’s the infinity vs. infinity mode where guilds are competing with others for a rewards in huge cash prizes.
