Q1: First of all, could you please make a brief introduction of yourself.
Vivian: Hello everyone, I am Vivian，the DCS global ambassador. The pseudo-anonymity of the blockchain has always been criticized, but when I learned that the direction of DCS is to solve this pain point of the blockchain and protect the privacy and asset security of users, I chose to join the DCS team and become one of global ambassadors.
Q2: Can you briefly describe what DCS is? When did you start your project?
Vivian: Decentralized Data Crypto System is an anonymous privacy protection platform based on BSC. It pioneered the Mix-ZK protocol, which combines “hybrid data structure” and “zk-SNARK” to ensure user anonymity, message transmission privacy, and data structure privacy, it provides users with digital product security and privacy solutions, and creates a new transaction model that is decentralized, hidden, secure, shared, and mutually beneficial.
The privacy encryption system of DCS can effectively protect the on-chain privacy of individuals, enterprises, institutions, etc.
The team has started preparations in December 2020. The internal beta was started on August 12, 2021, and it will be officially launched on September 26.
Q3: Let’s share with us DCS technology.
Vivian: As a public ledger, the blockchain can be traced continuously. The correlation between the address and the owner’s identity information will be equivalent to showing everyone their bills, consumption habits, wealth, source of funds, etc. This makes asset information security and personal safety worrying. We discovered this need, so we continued to explore, and finally combined “zero-knowledge, concise non-interactive knowledge” and “hybrid data structure” to create the Mix-ZK protocol. The dual algorithmic principle of this technology allows an open and transparent blockchain to remain invisible at the same time.
Q4: Why choose to develop the system based on BSC first?
Vivian: DCS is a cross-chain anonymous protocol based on BSC and compatible with multi-chain operation. BSC has convenient programmability, EVM compatibility, low handling fees and efficient cross-chain performance, which helps DCS to deploy multiple chains, capture more funds and traffic from other chains, and significantly increase the categories of DCS mixed currency assets, and lower the user’s threshold for use.
Q5: You just mentioned that DCS is a cross-chain protocol compatible with multi-chain operation. Can you tell us specifically how the multi-chain operation is planned?
Vivian: The BSC layer is based on the Binance Smart Chain and supports cross-chain and two-layer side chains. Users can create any tokenized financial products and digital assets on BSC or BC at will.
Compared with other currency mixing protocols, the DCS system supports multiple chains, which means it not only support the assets in the BSC ecosystem to use the DCS system, when the DCS system is deployed on other public chains such as Ethereum, Solana, etc., these on-chain assets will also be able to cross-chain to use the DCS system. The DCS system adopts multi-chain deployment to link these assets to the platform, allowing users to directly trade native assets on the platform, but also can capture more funds and traffic from other chains.
Q6: We understand that currently DCS can support multiple currencies such as BNB, BUSD, USDT, and DCS, which is a good breakthrough in the anonymous system. Will there be more currencies supported in the future?
Vivian: Currently, we choose several currencies with a relatively high usage rate, but the currencies we support are scalable. We can extend the support for the currencies on the Binance Chain. If the demand is high, new currencies can be added through DAO’s resolution. Of course, with the deployment of multiple chains, we will also support more on-chain currencies.
Q7: What is DCS token economy model?
Vivian: A total of 60,000,000 DCS issued. 70% is generated by mining: 30% of which is certificate-issuance ecological mining while 40% is node governance liquidity pledge mining.
30% is reserved for the founding team and early participants: 10% of which belong to the original technical team, 10% for the operation team, 5% for market circulation, and 5% for the foundation.
The founding team’s DCS coins are all locked, and the output is maintained at a ratio of 2.5:7 with the mining rate of the entire network of the platform. With on-chain smart contract execution, it is truly decentralized, fair and mutually beneficial!
Currently, DCS coins can be obtained through PancakeSwap, certificate-issuance mining, and liquidity mining.
Q8: Decentralization is an important trend, both for now and future. Can you introduce the governance concept of your decentralized system?
Vivian: DCS adopts a decentralized autonomous organization, namely DCS DAO, which is an on-chain organization that runs DCS. It is deployed on the BSC ecological chain in the form of a smart contract. The right carrier in the autonomous organization is the project token DCS.
Every token represents an interest in the DAO, and any decision-making, rule modification, and iterative update of the organizational structure in autonomous organization is made by DCS holders in a democratic way.
The founding team of DCS gave up its top-down management authority when the DCS project was released, keep the same position as all DCS participants, and adhere to the organizational operation rules listed in the source code on the chain, which must be complied by all members of the organization. Each member has the same privileges and obligations as any other member in order to maximize the benefits of DCS.
