CryptoBlades has recorded a new achievement in the Non-Fungible Token (NFT) and GameFi space on Binance Smart Chain (BSC). The protocol recently became the number one GameFi platform by the number of holders, beating numerous top BSC-based protocols to achieve the feat.
The protocol’s native $SKILL token was the number one held cryptocurrency asset across the BSC GameFi ecosystem. The PlaytoEarn (P2E) blockchain game announced the latest positive development on January 16th through Twitter. The protocol also reminded users about the upcoming innovations, including an update on the CryptoBlades marketplace.
“#SKILL is the number one held token amongst ALL projects on #BinanceSmartChain! Our players, community, and game are roaring after our 10x earnings update with PvP and an amazing marketplace update days away!” CryptoBlades wrote on Twitter.
The ranking update was released by HC Capital, a crypto research firm on Twitter. According to the firm’s analysis on Friday, January 14th, CryptoBlades’ $SKILL token recorded the highest number of holders—368,000, on BSC. CryptoBlades beat other top BSC-based GameFi projects like MOBOX ($MBOX), Zoo Crypto World ($ZOO), Step Hero ($HERO), and many more.
BSC News most recently published the partnership between CryptoBlades and NFTrade to enable users to make NFT transactions across GameFi platforms on the NFT Trade verified store pages. The move, including its innovative multi-chain NFT bridge to maximize gameplay benefits on other chains, played a massive role in the influx of $SKILL holders.

The next few weeks will be exciting for the CryptoBlades community, including $SKILL holders. According to the protocol’s tweet in the early hours of today, users should expect an update on its Marketplace and the Player vs. Player (PVP) feature in the coming days.

On the flip side, CryptoBlades’ $SKILL token is currently down by 3.97% in the last 24hours. As of this writing, the token is worth $8.24 with a 24-hour trading volume of $600,693.
