Crypto.com Releases Standalone Wallet Extension

Users can now access their wallets and use different features directly from their desktops.

Decentralized Access

Crypto.com upgraded its wallet extension enabling users to access Decentralized Applications (DApps) directly on their desktop browser.

Announced via their product news page on June 17, the Standalone Wallet extension will allow users to access their favorite DApps without launching the DeFi Wallet app. However, users will still be able to access ‘Bridge Mode’ if they choose to confirm transactions via the wallet app.

The Standalone Wallet extension was released in beta mode and came with the following features:

Create or import a crypto wallet

View wallet balances at a glance

Easily confirm transactions

Send and receive tokens

Switch between Bridge and Standalone Wallet Mode

The Crypto.com Wallet Extension supports several blockchains, including Cronos Beta, Crypto.org Chain, Ethereum, Cosmos, and more. More features are expected to be rolled out. The link to install the extension can be found here
