Crypto.com Now Supports BEP-20 Tokens

The exchange includes several tokens in the standard compatible with Binance Smart Chain.

BEP-20 tokens adopted further

Crypto.com took a leap into the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) ecosystem with the exchange announcing support for BEP-20 tokens, the token standard for the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) on Oct. 8.

The exchange has adopted various crypto tokens in the BEP-20 standard, which is an extension of ERC-20, the most popular Ethereum token standard. Amongst these tokens are leading crypto assets like Dogecoin (DOGE), Cardano (ADA), Litecoin (LTC), Cosmos (ATOM), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), and Avalanche (AVAX).

“BNB will also have additional utility as it is now supported by Crypto Earn, allowing eligible Crypto.com App users to enjoy up to 3% p.a. on their BNB deposits, paid in BNB,” mentioned Crypto.com’s official blog about their BNB crypto Earn product.

Crypto.com is also one of the top official sponsors of one of the top sporting events in history, the Formula1 championship in 2021. They are also in partnership with the Aston Martin F1 Racing team to mint related NFTs. The platform often finds its banners posted all across various race tracks around the world. With the adoption of BEP-20 tokens, the platform takes the presence of the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) to greater highs.
