Since the announcement of joining Binance Chain ecosystem, you might have a lot of questions that needs to be answered. Below are some of the most frequently asked questions which we have received from COSers.

Before we take a look at how to create a BEP2 wallet, let’s talk about why Contentos wants to joining the Binance Chain ecosystem.
What’s the role of Binance Chain in Contentos?
Binance Chain provides higher transaction speed and lower transaction fee compared to Ethereum.
Before Contentos MainNet launch, COS token will be circulated on Binance Chain in BEP2 format, instead of ERC-20 on Ethereum.
Upon Contentos MainNet launch in September 2019,
• Native COS token will be created• Functions claimed in whitepapers (technical and non-technical) will be fulfilled
Solutions for COS token swap from ERC-20 and BEP2 formats to native token will be provided upon Contentos MainNet launch.
How do I create a wallet to hold COS in BEP2 format?
Contentos recommends Trust Wallet, the official cryptocurrency wallet of Binance.

Let us walk you through step by step :
Step 1: Download Trust Wallet
Download Trust Wallet
Open Trust Wallet
Step 2: Create a new wallet
Tap “Create” a new wallet
Check the reminder and tap “Continue”
Step 3: Back-Up (VERY IMPORTANT!)
Wallet Recovery Phase consisting of 12 unique words will be generated.
Note these 12 unique words down in sequence from 1 to 12, saving it as you feel comfortable, (we recommend writing it down and putting it somewhere safe!) before tapping “Continue”
CAUTION: You will lose access to the assets in this wallet if you lose these phrases
Verify that you have the correct sequence of your recovery phrase and tap “Continue” to next step.
Step 4: Wallet ready!
Your wallet is ready, tap “Done” to view your wallet
By default, Bitcoin(BTC), Ethereum(ETH), and Binance Coin(BNB) are reflected in Trust Wallet.
Currently, your new wallet contains no cryptocurrencies
Tap “Binance” to check the details of your BNB wallet
Step 5: Get your address
Tap “Receive” to reveal your BNB wallet address
Your BNB address is under the QR code and starts with “bnb”
You will be able to receive BNB and tokens in BEP2 through this address
How do I withdraw COS from Contentos’ website?
Starting from 6/20, you will be able to withdraw COS in BEP2 format from our new website cos.tv
NOTE: You need to pass KYC before you can withdraw COS
Let us walk you through step by step :
Step 1: Go to My Wallet
After sign-in, click “My wallet”
Step 2: Add BNB wallet address
At wallet page, you can check the balance of your account
Click “Wallet addresses”
Type in your BNB wallet address (should starts with “bnb”) , assign a label for easier identification, and click “Add”
Your wallet address should be listed below
Step 3: Start withdrawal
Click “My wallet” again
Click “Withdraw” in COS panel
Select your destination wallet and amount from drop down menu and click Confirm
Enter the verification code and your withdrawal request is done
We will process your withdrawal as soon as possible
What should I do with COS in ERC-20 format?
VERY IMPORTANT: TOKEN SWAP ONLY VIA OFFICIAL CONTENTOS CHANNEL! DO NOT send tokens to any 3rd parties claiming to be doing the token swap!
An official channel will be provided to assist with the conversion of COS from ERC-20 format to BEP2 format shortly
Set up your BNB wallet, you will need one to store the new COS in BEP2 format
