Binance announced that each following Tuesday will now play host to an exclusive three-part webinar series where viewers will be given a chance to understand the potential of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), GameFi, and digital art.
The first of these intriguing sessions included an opening from Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ) himself. The first event took place on September 21st at 14:00 UTC, Binance announced on Twitter with an attached invitation.
CZ was kind enough to give his opinions on many topics to kick things off, including the potentials of the metaverse.
“For the metaverse, I’m one of those people who believe we live in a simulation,” CZ laughed. “ I am like 99% sure we live in a simulation. So, I think Metaverse is going to be huge, and metaverse is going to be everywhere.”
Binance invites users to enter the metaverse for the event and gain a comprehensive guide to earning income on NFT games, identifying the hottest NFTs like a pro, using digital collectibles to make the world a better place, and much more.
“I believe in the next 50 to 100 years, we will be able to simulate into the kind of reality that we live in,” CZ added to his vision of the Metaverse. “When you look out your window and see those buildings, we will be able to simulate that to the same level of detail.”
Event Schedule
The three-part event will see important sessions take place each week at the same time, with a different focus each week.
The 2021 Guide to GameFi and Play2earn. Opening by CZ, 21th September 14:00-15:00 UTC
Users will be invited to learn about how they can piece together their own NFT collections and go on to make a living through playing games. GameFi leaders like MOBOX, Alice, and The SandBox will join CZ in addressing the audience and talking about their own experiences.
Minting Value: NFT Tips for Artists & Collectors, 28st September, 14:00-15:00 UTC
Users will be guided through the Binance NFT marketplace and be offered the chance to learn how the best collectors sport trending NFTs early. There will also be instruction on how users can turn their own artwork into a successful NFT.
NFTs for Good: What’s Next in Blockchain Philanthropy? 5th October, 14:00-15:00 UTC
The huge impact NFTs are having on the world, and indeed charitable causes, will be addressed here. Viewers will learn how digital collectibles are impacting important causes and will get the opportunity to hear real-life stories from the Binance Charity team.
