Q1: First of all, let’s open with a brief introduction of what Smaugs NFT is actually all about and what you’re trying to achieve?
Emre Ulgac: Smaugs NFT is an “Artificial Intelligence” powered marketplace where you can sell your digital assets as NFT tokens in the digital world.
Our primary goal is to quickly activate the NFT marketplace. We solve the fee and speed problem, which is the biggest problem in nft marketplaces, by using the Binance Smart Chain network.
We are working to ensure that the competitions in different fields are in the structure that we will establish. What I mean by competitions, for example, we are building a structure that enables participation with NFT tokens through our logo design competition system. In the future, we want to make the opinions of all our users valuable with the governance logic.
BSCdaily – Admin: Interesting! There are many NFT marketplaces but this is the 1st time I’ve heard about an AI-powered one

Q2: So what’s actually the usecases of your native token and what role does it play within your ecosystem?
Emre Ulgac: You will be able to earn Smaugs tokens when you create NFT tokens in the NFT marketplace. In addition, our Smaugs token will be used in the use of artificial intelligence applications connected to our NFT marketplace. We activated the staking feature on 25 April. Q3: Please share a bit more about your actual product. Could you shine some light on the features that will be available for users?
Emre Ulgac: The difference in the marketplace we will establish is that we want to establish a structure where events and competitions can be organized for artists and freelancers. We want to use the governance logic in these events and to secure the work of artists and designers with NFT technology. We will also organize events where NFT gifts are distributed.
One of our other important differences is that we are working on a structure where artificial intelligence technologies can be used with Smaug tokens. Defi and NFT meet with Artificial Intelligence. In addition, we want to prove the ownership of AI models by converting them to NFT tokens for the field of artificial intelligence.
Finally, one of our goals is the game industry. Some collections will be completed by combining different gamification and nft tokens with each other, and those who complete the collection will be gifted with another NFT token belonging to that collection.
We are working on this and other similar scenarios.

Q4: What’s the current development status and when are those features expected to go live? Is there some public code or something similar, so that investors can be assured there’s work happening in the background and it’s all legit?
Emre Ulgac: In the beta version, we organized an event where artificial intelligence meets art.

– In terms of design, we have completed our nft marketplace application by 90%. Smart contracts were completed by 70%.
– We will complete all our deficiencies within 2 weeks and activate our platform on the testnet.
– We are planning to release our actual NFT marketplace product in May after the audit.
– We can share a photo related to the interface for our investors.
– We will also share the final version of our smart contracts on GitHub.
– NFT marketplace design demo coming soon.
Q5: What about the security aspects of your platform? Are you going to have independent audits?
Emre Ulgac: We contacted with Certik company for the audit process of our smart contracts and we will send it soon. (In this month)
We will activate our platform after we receive a report and approval for our smart contracts by Certik.
The final version of our smart contracts will also be shared on GitHub.

Q6: Can you also share with our community the plans Smaugs NFT have for this year?
Emre Ulgac:
– Smaugs token listed Pancakeswap on April 18.
– After our smart contracts development over, they will be sent to Certik company for audit.
– There will be central exchange listing in May.
– Stake feature activated on our partner company Tosdis Finance.
– Depending on the audit process, the NFT marketplace will be available in May.
– Different events and competitions will be added to the system.
BSCdaily – Admin: Centralized exchange listing in May? That’s a big news. Can you reveal which CEX?
Emre Ulgac: Unfortunately, I cannot say without getting clear. But it will be a very important step for our project.
