The BNB Chain PlayToEarn (P2E) ecosystem comprises some of the top budding GameFi projects in the blockchain industry. BSC News hosted BitHotel, one of the fastest-growing GameFi platforms on the network, via Twitter spaces on April 12.
The Ask Me Anything (AMA) session commenced at 19:00 UTC, uncovering essential details about the social gaming metaverse. The head of partnerships at BitHotel, Karim, graced the event. The AMA started with a brief introduction about the project by the representative, including the inspiration behind BitHotel. As he spoke about Bit Hotel’s ambitions to make it accessible for all, Karim disclosed that the project’s name originated from the developer team’s love of Bitcoin.
“As you may know, most of the metaverses today. I mean, the high tech, they focus on AR and VR, and we are trying to move away from that. First, create something that is really accessible and can be used on a daily basis. Something that doesn’t require a huge barrier to entry, something you can do on your phone, something that can be part of your daily routine,” Karim said. “And just for the fun fact, the name Bit Hotel comes from Bitcoin because I think our dev team has a secret crush on the developers of Bitcoin.”
The AMA session lasted over 40 minutes as Karim talked about the protocol’s upcoming social metaverse game, the fascinating universe, their roadmap, and the utility of rooms in the Bit Hotel ecosystem.
“As of right now, the hotel consists of 50 floors, and every floor is set their representation of various rooms distributed in a certain way. Most floors will have different rooms on them, so the distribution of rooms does not equal per floor. As you go higher up the hotel, the value of the rooms on that floor don’t go up with that. So there is an equal distribution across the whole hotel,” Karim spoke about the rooms in Bit Hotel.
