In what is a departure from the norm in the crypto industry, BiSwap has assured that it will prioritize the resolution of users’ issues. The platform pledged that a team comprising BiSwap Support personnel, Community drivers, and admins will work round-the-clock to provide support services for its users.
Generally, the crypto industry is notorious when it comes to customer service: “Lose your crypto, and there’s no one to help you,” we often hear. However, it seems that we’re beginning to see a shift towards better customer support. BiSwap stated its customer-friendly disposition on February 20:

Our previous BSC News report highlighted the need for better customer service in the crypto industry. Many crypto projects, such as the popular BSC DeFi protocol, PancakeSwap, do not have a dedicated customer support program.
There tends to be a belief that any issue crypto users have is mostly their fault and carelessness. Perhaps that has made crypto platforms more nonchalant towards rendering customer service. However, people could encounter resolvable issues that may not be their fault. In addition, it doesn’t make sense to push for crypto adoption and decentralization without having a robust customer support system. Otherwise, many users could be left frustrated and more than willing to remain in the centralized financial space that boasts of efficient customer service.
BSC News finds BiSwap’s move laudable and one that PancakeSwap and other crypto platforms can take a cue from.
