Q1: Now to start the AMA, team BetU please have a quick introduction to the community. What is BetU?
Paul Rogash: BetU is a sports, esports and crypto betting platform. Secured by smart contracts and powered by the BETU token.
Q2: Can you explain more about BetU Fantasy?
Paul Rogash: BetU Fantasy is a free-to-play game, where players make fantasy bets on real sports and esport events. Players will be able to win up to $10,000 every week. There is no risk, only real rewards. All you need to play is 1 BETU token. So any sports or esports fans, come and get involved!!!
Q3: Please share with us the background of the team behind this project. What are your past experiences? Is the team anonymous?
Paul Rogash: Our core team is 26 people. We are not anonymous. You can see 21 of our team here: www.betu.io/team
We have an experienced team with complementary skills.
Personally, I have founded and sold several successful businesses including Escalated Advertising, Lawyers SEO and MachineSales. com.
In terms of crypto, in 2020 and the beginning of 2021 I took on 2 crypto marketing roles, where the token value increased 30x and 20x within the first 2 months of my contract. BetU is currently 15x in the first month of listing.
Q4: Can you share with us your tokenomics? What is the token used for? Are BETU tokens vested?
Paul Rogash: The BETU token will be the sole form of currency on both our platforms, BetU and BetU Fantasy. The token is used for everything! Betting, Betting Rewards, Winnings, Incentives, Burning, Staking, Whale Holder Benefits and Governance.
To use eith platform, BETU must be held. Yes BETU tokens are vested for a minimum of 4 years. As the demand for BetU grows so should the value of the token. The supply of the token will continue to decrease as tokens are burnt with each bet.
Q5: What is the status of the gambling license?
Paul Rogash: The initial gambling license out of Curacao is in process and expected to be obtained in the next couple of weeks.
For sure, the process is well underway, and we do not expect any issues in obtaining the license. We are working closely with the license issuer.
Note: BetU Fantasy does not require any license as it is a game with no real gambling involved.
Q6: When will BetU release its first platform & current marketcap of $BETU Token?
Paul Rogash: BetU Fantasy will be the first platform released, and this will occur in just 17 days. On the 15th of October.
The current Marketcap of BETU is around $29 million. Still enormous room for growth.
Q7: What marketing strategies are you using & which partners you are collaborating with?
Paul Rogash: On the crypto side we have started with promotions in a lot of telegram groups and YouTubers. The likes of Satoshi Stacker, Crypto Serpent, Crypto Pablo, Olga Crypto have all covered BetU recently.
Outside of crypto we plan to work with a lot of sport and esport starts.
On the weekend we had NZ UFC fighter Dan Hooker, tweeting about $BETU.
We are yet to launch, so you can expect many sport stars globally to be promoting BETU in the near future.
In terms of partnerships we are currently working with.
BetRadar/SportRadar – one of the leading betting markets and odds suppliers worldwide. They supply some of the worlds biggest betting companies.
Sotatek is our development partner, who have built platforms for VCC crypto Exchange, Sota Finance NFT Marketplace and Travala the travel booking site.
Accubits is another blockchain development partner. We are also collaborating with ChainLink which will be officially announced in October.
Q8: What exchanges can we buy $BETU on & are there any new exchanges coming soon?
Paul Rogash: Currently BETU is only listed on Pancake Swap & Bitmart. We are expecting at least 1 top 10 exchange in October with the launch of BetU Fantasy.
We see exchanges as a key strategy to attract new investors so we will be working hard to bring BETU to all major exchanges.
