The surge in the growth of the BabyDogeCoin community is showing no signs of abating. The popular memecoin’s community on social media app, Discord recently surpassed 25,000 members.
Discord was initially built for the gaming industry but is increasingly being used by blockchain and NFT projects to drive engagement with their technical communities. The growth of Baby Doge Coin’s Discord community may be connected to the memecoin’s recent NFT activities. On February 26, BabyDoge launched its NFT website and began the whitelisting process for its first NFT collection. The following day, Baby Doge announced its new milestone:
“We’ve just crossed 25,000 discord members! Join Us At Discord,” BabyDoge tweeted excitedly.
On every front, Baby Doge continues to gain followers. About two weeks earlier, BSC News reported that followers of BabyDoge’s Twitter account had crossed the 1 million mark. The number of holders of the BabyDogeCoin is also consistently increasing and stands at over 1.4 million as of the time of writing.
It is still early in 2022, but BabyDoge has started the year on a solid footing. Within this 1st quarter alone, BabyDogeCoin set a new all-time-high record and penned its first major NFT deal with German Football Club, TSG Hoffenheim.
BabyDogeCoin had a very eventful year 2021, but it seems 2022 is already taking shape towards sustaining the trend.
