Axes sold out its Binance Mystery Box, as well as its third game asset offering, mere minutes after each feature’s release.
Sold Out Within Minutes
Axes Metaverse, a BNB Chain PlayToEarn gaming project, recently released a mystery drop in partnership with Binance NFT.
The team behind the PlayToEarn game saw their mystery drop and GAO #3 sell out within minutes of each drop’s release. The Axes metaverse team talked about the long-awaited partnership with Binance through a March 8 Medium post later released through its Twitter account.
“We at Axes Metaverse are thrilled to announce a new long-awaited tier-1 partnership with Binance NFT Marketplace, as well as the drop of Mystery boxes with NFT hero of the Binance themed skin,” Axes Metaverse read the Medium.
A total of 1950 Mystery boxes that could land a Binance themed hero skin NFT for the human race were released by the team for 100 $BUSD each. Minutes after the release, the Axes Metaverse Twitter account tweeted again, saying that the drop was sold out immediately.
A few days after the Binance Mystery box drop, the Axes Metaverse team launched a Public Sale for their third game asset offering featuring the Genesis Treants. One thousand chests were sold for 425 $BUSD each with four NFTs of Axe Hunters. The sale happened at 11:00 UTC on March 11 and sold out within 43 minutes. The third GAO was the last chance for the community to participate in the closed beta of the Axes Metaverse game.
What is Axes Metaverse
Axes Metaverse is a project of international mobile video game publisher Azur Games that looks to position the company in the PlayToEarn space. Though the game has different game modes planned, the primary game mode, whose working title is “AXES: BATTLEGROUND,” is essentially a mobile battle royale where the last man standing is declared the winner. Other game modes include a tactical role-playing game called “Axes: Team Tactics,” and a multiplayer strategy game mode called “Axes: Kingdom Wars.”
