ApeSwap has announced the fifth sale round of its non-fungible apes. The sale will be live on May 16th at 22:00 UTC and it will be sold on NFTKEY.
NFA Sales
ApeSwap has carried out four sales rounds of its non-fungible apps and this will be its second round this month. In the first four rounds, about 442 Apes have already been sold. The future rounds will contain 100 each new round till all 1,000 are minted. According to ApeSwap, its previous rounds sold out within minutes, interested buyers have to be very fast if they want to get in.
Non-Fungible Apes
The sale of ApeSwap NFTs goes live on May 16th at 11 pm UTC on NFTKey. The Apes are arranged in prices from lowest to highest and in rarity from rare to common. Non-fungible apes are Non Fungible Tokens on ApeSwap. These apes are designed with unique characteristics, configurations, and designs. Some apes are common while some are rare; i.e, while 32 apes have laser eyes, only 107 of these apes wear shades. The apes are categorized into the following rarity tiers.
Common Chimps: Tier 1 (500 NFAs) — Most common
Original Orangutans: Tier 2 (250 NFAs)
Alluring Apes: Tier 3 (150 NFAs)
Prime Primates: Tier 4 (70 NFAs)
Magic Monkeys: Tier 5 (30 NFAs) — Most rare
The first four rounds of ApeSwap NFA sales closed in less than 5 minutes and its NFT market is already generating lots of transactions. The most expensive ape sold so far was resold for about $15,000. There will be only 1,000 non-fungible apes ever released and the starting price for the first batch was 0.25 BNB for common apes while apes with more rare characteristics are sold for higher prices. The first batch was the cheapest round, as the prices for each round increase gradually. As it is, NFA has been listed on DappRadar’s NFT collection page and will most likely continue to garner attention.
