Yooshi Hires Samsung Chief
Yooshi GameFi metaverse has engaged the services of a high-profile member of the Samsung Group. Chikyu Bae, the CEO of Samsung Games, is now the CEO of Yooshi Labs.
The move to bring such an established figure should bring a welcoming experience to Yooshi. Bae is also Vice President of the Korea Blockchain Contents Association, proving he is no stranger to crypto. Yooshi broke the exciting news via a tweet on September 29:
“Dear #YooShifamily, we are glad to announce that Chikyu Bae, CEO of SAMSUNG Games, takes over as the first CEO of YooShi Labs!”
Yooshi Labs is the independent game incubator of Yooshi’s metaverse. Blockchain game developers who collaborate with Yooshi Labs are furnished with resources that will make it easier to achieve their game development goals. These resources include a complete GameFi game design system as well as requisite technical support.
Announcement Gets The Community Buzzing
The recruitment of one of Samsung Group’s top brass to lead Yooshi Labs is a feat in itself.
The Yooshi community responded with applause on Twitter. The expectations for the game are riding a wave of optimism.
