Q1: What is Swamp Finance all about? Give us a little summary
Swamp Finance: Swamp.finance seeks to give users a better yield farming optimiser on Binance Smart Chain. We use Vaults, specialised smart contracts on BSC, to simplify the process of yield farming automation. Vaults auto-compound the rewards to provide users with greater yields. As an incentive, early protocol participants are given bonus rewards in the form of Swampy that will be later used to vote on community proposals.
Q2: Could you tell us a little bit about yourself? Why did you and your team decide to build Swamp Finance?
Swamp Finance: The main idea was to offer the best user experience in the DeFi space we can provide. We wanted to make the user interface as easy to use as possible for beginners, with a supporting tutorial section on the page in the form of videos. We also included a fiat gateway to offer a quick solution for first time DeFi users. But nonetheless we try to provide an evenly pleasing solution to seasoned DeFi users with a variety of Vaults and other features.

Q3: How many people are your team composed of?
Swamp Finance: The team is composed of the whole spectrum of the people that business like this needs. Currently we have a few developers and are currently onboarding 2 new ones. We also have a designer to make our graphics as sleek as possible and to support the marketing team with graphics for their marketing activities. Besides the marketing team we also have a group of community managers who manage our communities on Telegram and Discord.

Q4: Now let’s dive into $SWAMP token, shall we? Can you share with us your tokenomics?
Swamp Finance: Sure. Swampy is distributed to users of the protocol as an incentive for the early supporters, who will later be able to govern the Swamp. Total daily distribution of the SWAMP is around ~5,479.452 SWAMP daily. Rewards are distributed to the vaults depositor as additional reward to their already auto-compounding assets. The Dev team gets 10% of daily SWAMP emissions. Distribution will finish in 1 year from the initial Swampies being minted. This will give the SWAMP supply cap at 2 million tokens. But as the time progresses the protocol continuously reinvests part of the profits generated to SWAMP buyback and burn, therefore creating deflationary tokenomics resulting in much lower supply after 1 year passes. The buyback has been recently increased and now takes up 50% of the total profits for the buyback.

Q5: Could you give us more info on Swamp Finance’s token $SWAMP? What are some of its use cases?
Swamp Finance: Swampy will become a governance token of the SwampDAO, which will be the DAO of Swamp.finance ecosystem. Holders of the Swampy will be able to create and vote on governance proposals to the ecosystem for example the listing of new vaults, changes to the tokenomics of the protocol and many others. As we progress the development of the ecosystem new use cases of the Swampy may arise.
Q6: How can I obtain $SWAMP?
Swamp Finance: Swampy is currently available on Pancakeswap, but users can as well purchase it through swap aggregators like 1inch. Swampy will also be available at other DEXes in the BSC ecosystem soon.

Q7: What marketing strategies have your team decided to use to spread awareness and promote growth and use of the project?
Swamp Finance: We are trying to raise awareness in areas of BSC space. As our main channel we use Twitter, where we post all of our announcements. We also collaborate with numerous BSC media outlets as is BSCDaily. Getting back to Twitter Swamp.finance further collaborates with influential personalities of BSC and wider crypto space for the increase of awareness about the protocol. To ensure the growth of our protocol, Swamp is making ties with a diverse pallet of BSC projects to form long term partnerships and bring goodness to joint communities.
