Step Hero is Polgygon’s first NFT fantasy-themed RPG game (previously Matic Network). The narrative of the Step Hero game revolves around a post-apocalyptic struggle between the army of Shadows commanded by Lucifer — The Demon Lord and the army of Heroes led by archangel Gabriel. The participants will take on the roles of heroes. Their tasks include battling the enemies in fights while boosting their energy by acquiring in-game objects, earning money (STEP coins), and improving their characters.

Lilly Nguyen — Chief Marketing Officer: Lilly Nguyen has 6 years of experience in high-profile firms in Vietnam, including VidGo, Vingroup, Viettel Telecom, and other Tech startups, in addition to a Master of International Marketing Management degree from the United Kingdom. She will be in charge of growth hacking as well as creative roles.
Lucifer Nguyen — Chief Technology Officer: He is the creator of sPhoton Technology and Deverion. Furthermore, he is a seasoned software engineer who has won several programming prizes, including first place in MSP Vietnam’s hackathon in 2016 and second place in the Vietnam National Imagine Cup in 2015.
Stephen Dong — Technical Leader, Blockchain Engineer: He has over 8 years of direct experience working with large-scale clients and IT providers, including 2 years in the blockchain space. He has provided Step Hero with a thorough technological architecture as a result of his knowledge and abilities in decentralization protocol design, system scalability and security, and DeFi solutions.
Krillin Tao — Art & Game Director: Tao has worked in art communication and game creation for 15 years. In 2016, he was one of the designers of the animation coloring application for kids that competed in the Bluebird Award, Vietnam’s premier competition for game developers.

Mr. Nam Nguyen — Advisor: Nam Nguyen is the CEO of Tagchain.io and the Founder of TAG Ventures, one of South East Asia’s leading venture capital firms. He is also the founder and CEO of Gourmet Galaxy (GUM), a well-known Yield Farming platform. Mr. Nam advises them on system operation and new market entrance strategy, which helps them increase market share and achieve long-term growth.
Mr. Thi Truong — Advisor: Mr. Thi has years of experience in the blockchain industry. PolkaFoundry, his most successful venture, was established in 2018 to make the benefits of blockchain more accessible to the general population. He began his career as a Software Engineer and progressed to Solution Architect before being promoted to Director at FPT Corp. After leaving FPT, he worked as a Product Manager for Kyber Network, one of Asia’s most well-known blockchain project ventures. He provides them with guidance on the company’s growth strategy and plan.
Mr. Thanh Dao — Advisor: Mr. Thanh has been involved in cryptocurrencies as a Bitcoin miner and investor since 2016. He earned his MBA from UWIC and worked as a manager in Vingroup before becoming the CTO of Nexty ( a public chain project). Thanh established ezDeFi in 2017 and offered several products. Thanh is the current CEO of ezDeFi, and the project is constantly expanding.
