No Place for Scammers at GemPad

This is where we stand, we believe that a launchpad must not allow any project to take advantage of the community. If the launchpad you use tolerates it, then something is wrong.

GemPad will keep making it clear that we will never allow scammers to win, being a decentralized launchpad is not a reason to look away when scams and frauds are happening.

A few days ago Pluto Pepe raised 40 ETH as a common tier in less than 20 minutes, everyone was excited and hyped about it but, the next day, we received several complaints and proof from trusted sources that the man behind it was a serial scammer. After receiving enough proof, GemPad decided to cancel it to avoid contributors from falling into a scam.

On a 40 ETH raise, the supposed fees for GemPad would be around $2,500. A good amount of money was declined in order to protect the crypto community, our community.
