We are thrilled to announce that the bridge between WAX and Binance NFT, by way of Binance Smart Chain (BSC), has now been forged — and ahead of schedule!
Beginning today, players and collectors can transfer their Blockchain Brawler NFTs to their WAX Cloud Wallets.
What Is the Binance x WAX Bridge and How Does It Work?
The bridge between BSC and WAX is an essential step toward making the ecosystem more accessible and streamlining compatibility with marketplaces and play-to-earn dApps.
This is the first phase of the NFT bridge, allowing users to facilitate the transfer of their Blockchain Brawlers purchased on the Binance NFT Marketplace to their WAX Cloud Wallet. BSC is also the first blockchain to be connected with WAX for NFTs.
Here’s how you transfer your NFTs:
Log in to your WAX Cloud Wallet.
Click on “NFT Bridge” from the left menu bar.
If you have not already installed MetaMask, you’ll be prompted to do so. On a mobile device? You can use WalletConnect to open the MetaMask app.
Once connected, if you have Blockchain Brawlers NFTs in your account they will be displayed.
Choose the Binance network to begin swapping your NFTs.
Select your Binance wallet address (From), Blockchain Brawlers (Assets), and your WAX Cloud Wallet address (To) from the drop-down menus.
Then, to initiate the swap select the NFTs you want to transfer from BSC to WAX and click “Transfer NFT.”
Once the swap is initiated, it may take up to 5–10 minutes to complete.
Deadline to Receive Your Free Common Ring
On March 25 at 1pm ET we will be performing a wallet capture and giving away a free Common ring. To receive the free Common ring, all you have to do is have a “Founder’s Edition” Legendary 1-of-1 Blockchain Brawler in your WAX Cloud Wallet inventory at the time of capture.
