The successful Spanish 3D artist becomes the 10th artist to feature on BakerySwap’s interview series about NFTs.
BakerySwap Interviews Another NFT Artist
BakerySwap introduced an initiative back in April 2021 to interview artists interested in art and Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs). Since then, the exchange on Binance Smart Chain (BSC) has featured up to 10 artists, the most recent being Sergi Stamp. On the 25th of June 2021, BakerySwap announced on Twitter that they would host an interview with Stamp as they look to learn more about his works, experience, and his opinions about NFTs.
What Is An NFT?
A Non-Fungible Token (NFT) is a digital asset designed to represent real-life objects like music, art, videos, and in-game items. They can be traded online, and like any other cryptocurrency, they are encoded with an underlying software. NFTs came into the decentralized finance (DeFi) setting in 2014 but have gained more popularity this year. Some of the most popular and expensive NFTs include CryptoPunk, Crossroads, The First Tweet, Metarift, etc. The unique nature of NFTs gives it huge value. For instance, the Crossroads NFT, a short political art video on the presidential election 2020 from Beeple, costs $6.6million.
Featured Artists: BakerySwap Introduces Sergi Stamp
Since the 22nd of April, BakerySwap has featured artists like CoralCorp, Zen Visuals, Christos Penagos, and many others in an interview series. These artists have experience in 3D arts and designs and apply these skills to NFTs. Sergi Stamp, a Spanish 3D design expert, becomes the latest to be featured on the protocol’s interview sessions published on Medium.
Speaking in an interview with the DeFi exchange platform on the BSC, the renowned Spanish 3D artist and graphics designer talked about his views on NFTs.

About Sergi Stamp
Sergi Stamp is a Spanish 3D art and graphics expert with six years of experience in his field. Sergi is one of the featured artists on the exchange protocol’s NFT gallery due to his expertise and experience. He previously put his creativity to work as he worked for a Google commercial as a 3D designer at 23. Much like Christos Penagos, he believes NFTs are not a passing trend – they are a major piece in the future of art.
BakerySwap
BakerySwap is a DeFi protocol built on the BSC, offering one of the best rewards. It works as a decentralized exchange (DEX) that leverages Automated Market Maker (AMM) functionality to increase trading efficiency. BakerySwap was one of the first arrivals on the BSC network that adopted the AMM model. They have since branched out into a variety of ventures, including their NFT marketplace.
Final Thoughts
BakerySwap is using its interview sessions to explore artists’ views about NFTs. This insight into creators creates a connection between the artists and those who enjoy their art. Presently the market has slowed but huge amounts of money are still being pumped into digital arts. This can only suggest that the world recognizes the NFT space as a legitimate artistic endeavor. Stamp remains optimistic that the future looks bright for NFTs, and his success story on BakerySwap is a massive motivation for NFT creators on the protocol.
