What is Medabots
A Medabot, known as Medarot (メダロット Medarotto) in Japanese, is a mechanical fictional robot from the Medabots series. These beings are medium-sized (about 1 meter) self-aware robot companions developed by the Medabots Corporation. A complete Medabot is composed of six pieces total: four Parts (one head, two arms and a set of legs) attached to a Tinpet, and a Medal that is its brain. Due to their customizability by exchanging parts and to how easy it is to buy one at convenience stores, Medabots rapidly became popular with the boom of Robattles, a sport where these robots battle between themselves. Each Medabot has its own individuality, and each combination of its components affects the overall performance of the Medabot in a Robattle.
