ChipShop Finance (CF) is an experimental regional economy and one of the Binance Smart Chain’s first algorithmic coins (BSC). Their goal is to become the BSC’s longest-lasting, safest, and most successful stablecoin.
The CF protocol is intended to expand and contract the supply of CHIPS coins in a manner similar to how central banks trade debt. Robert Sam’s work analyzed and presented the mechanics behind the seigniorage shares concept, which they used as a rule of thumb to engineer an autonomous, self-referential coin that meets the demands of stability, elasticity, and reflexivity.
